What we collect
If you join the email list, we store your email address and the date and list you signed up to. The list is run on GetResponse, whose servers process the address on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We use it to send the emails you asked for and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link; using it removes you within 24 hours.
The notebook and form filter run entirely in your browser. Names you save are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type, time) for security and fault-finding. They are kept for a limited period and not used to build profiles.
Analytics. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for consent first.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. The email signup form posts to GetResponse, which may set cookies on its own domain when you submit it. Bookmaker links are affiliate links: when you click one, the bookmaker or its affiliate network will set cookies on their site to attribute the visit to us. That is covered by their privacy policies, not ours.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email the address on the contact page and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy here with a new date at the top.
