Data errors. If a racecard, result or going description is wrong, tell us the date, course and race time and we will check it against the feed. Non-runners and going changes can lag the course by a refresh cycle; the time of the last refresh is in the footer of every page.
Corrections. Factual errors in guides, festival pages or bookmaker reviews are corrected in place, with a note at the foot of the page.
Bookmakers and advertisers. We only work with Gambling Commission-licensed operators, and placements are always labelled. Please include the brand, the licence number and what you have in mind.
Press and data licensing. Racing data on this site is licensed from The Racing API and is not available for onward licensing from us.
